Do you like my epic lack of updates?

I don't. So, in the spirit of positive change, I'm going to be adding some new (old) content in the next few days. And then, just maybe, if you're real lucky, I'll add something new. Exciting, right?

I'm pretty stoked.

PS: I did something to my back/hips/neck on the weekend and I can't move, really. It sucks. I think it may have been caused by sitting in the cold and shivering lots. My love affair with Calgary winters really is self-destructive.
